• Personal tools cover (all-risks cover for your personal hand tools)
• Personal accident insurance (protect your income if you’re injured)
• Construction plant insurance (all-risks cover for your own and hired-in plant)
• Contractor’s all-risks insurance (for your materials and contracts)
• No height limit and covers hot and cold workers (so you can use any form of heat while working at heights)
• Motor fleet insurance (for 3 vehicles or more)

Relevant exclusions

• Spectator Stand Erection Exclusion (this one is typical for Scaffolders only)
• Terrorism Exception (Public Liability); Limitation (Employers’ Liability)
• Fines, Penalties & Liquidated Damages, Punitive and Exemplary Damages
• Pollution and Contamination other than sudden and accidental
• Hazardous Works (unless specifically endorsed)
